Kim's Prayer

"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." --2 Corinthians 4:8-9

My newest new plan

Making new plans. The trial at M.D.Anderson did not work out. I believe with all my heart everything happens for a reason and God wanted me home. I have started a new drug and all my treatments will be here. Every other Tuesday I will go for the medicine and on the off week, have my lab drawn. I had my first round Tuesday and I'm feeling good.

God never closes one door without opening another. I'm home now with my family and right where I'm suppose to be.

What a Blessing

"Everlasting God" is a popular song on Christian radio that ends with a child speaking the verse I cling to; Isaiah 40:28-31. My church Praise band leader, Shawn, knew that and put it in the worship service. The night before Church, his wife called to see if any of my children would like to recite that verse. My 8 year old, without pause, said "sure."

Here it is. I hope it brings you as much strength as it does me.
