Kim's Prayer

"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." --2 Corinthians 4:8-9

The Blog is now a Book

Kim wanted to see her blog turned into a book for her kids. At nights while I was at the hospital with her, I converted it into a book that you can now purchase here.

It was therapy for me, and she did have time to write the dedication to her children.

Twenty dollars will go to the two memorials she chose with every book purchased. As publisher, I receive a quantity discount starting with orders over 12 books, so if you may be interested in a larger order, please contact me at the email address listed on Kim's storefront.

Thank you, and God Bless.

Mark and the kids.

Mark, that is awesome. I will definitely get one. I am still praying for you and the kids. I will forever remember Kim's sweet smile while she did step in my class at the gym.
God Bless

How incredible! I just told my friend yesterday that this blog needed to be made into a book! I am so excited, thank you. What a wonderful legacy for the kids and what a gift of FAITH for many. This will be huge, I can feel it.
Hope you all are well, you are always in our prayers.

Mark,
How wonderful that you put the blog into book form. I had told Vic & Mary that it should be published after I read the first blog. We will never know how many people you & Kim have influenced by your daily walk with God. I know that ya'll helped me renew my relationship with Him & I continue to thank Him every day for all of you. Angels are all around us in human form, I know because the McNabbs, Grrens & Blasingames are living proof. My thoughts & prayers will continue for you & the family. Love, Gloria Pruitt

Hello...I just learned of this blog while reading Kim's obituary from The Beebe News. My name is Diane Kayter and I met Kim when I served on Noahs of Ark Walk to Emmaus #99 as her table leader. I liked Kim straight away and we shared many things along with the rest of our table that weekend. Emmaus creates a bond like no other so I was so saddened to learn just a short time after her walk about Kim's cancer. I saw Kim at an Emmaus event during her battle and she was telling me of her upcoming surgery. She was so brave and her faith shone through her eyes as she talked to me that night. I am sorry that Kim and I lost touch and I am sorry that that evening was the last that I saw her. I am heartbroken to learn of her passing but I know that she is up there in heaven and I will see her again someday. My prayers go out to her husband, Mark, and her children and all her family and friends. I didn't know Kim well, but I knew her enough to know that she is special, unique and kind-hearted. I will miss her.

Mark,

I just ordered my copy of the book. So many lives everywhere have been touched by Kim's incredible faith. Thank you for putting her blogs into a book. She will continue to touch many lives. I'm going to share this book with everyone I know. All the women in my Beth Moore bible study know Kim through our prayers. All the class members in my S.S. class know Kim through our prayers. Every family member of mine went to the blog site and were blessed. These are people in Texas who feel like they know Kim. She has touched so many lives of even those who will only get to meet her in heaven. I'm going to get copies of this book for Christmas gifts. Everyone I know here in Plano, Texas will want a copy. Our family misses your family. My boys love your boys like brothers. Your family is like family to us. I'm so proud to have known Kim. She is my hero!!!

Love,
Beverly, Rick, Josh, Zach, Katie and Madison

Hi Mark,
I just ordered a copy of Kim's book for Chris' parents. They don't have internet service-I know they'll want to read all about Kim's continued, unfailing faith in the Lord throughout her cancer battle. Fintan and Faye would get to visit Kim when both Fintan and Kim were receiving their cancer treatments. The book is the only way they'd get to read the blog, so a BIG thank you for putting it here for us. We still lift your family up in prayer every day.
In Christ,
Jennifer Baltz
