Kim's Prayer

"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." --2 Corinthians 4:8-9

I set this blog up for Kim...

...so that she can share information she's getting back from her doctors (and hopefully you'll continue to share your thoughts and prayers with her).

Thank you for your prayers and concerns. You cannot fathom how blessed we feel for the prayers we've received. --Mark

She'll take it from here. ;)

Kim,

You have been such an inspiration to me. Your strength and positive attitude is amazing. I want you to know that you and your family are certainly in my prayers. You have a strong faith and your support system is awesome. Thank you for the influence you have had on my life. I love you and I know that God will see you through this.

Ding! Ding! Ding! Round 2 here we come! You will be the champion - you've been my champ everyday for 36 years! You rock as a sister, and I think you are a pretty smashing role model. I have asked God to lead me in how I should be there for you through this title fight - I am in your corner all the way! Now, go knock this booger OUT!!!!! A whole lotta love is coming your way. Hey Kim, my name is Kyle. From all accounts, we've been praying for each other. Mary Kay is my sister. Some day we will meet and trade war stories. She tells me that your attitude and faith are well in tact. You surround yourself with people like that, you can't go wrong. Don't take a setback as a step backwards. It sounds like you have all the confidence in your doctors which is such a positive thing. Keep SMILING. Thats what I do and LOVE LAUGH AND LIVE EVERYDAY. Thursday is my day for my surgery. As I drift asleep, I will say an extra prayer for your upcoming test. My e-mail is kfpace@yahoo.com

Hey Kim. I have been thinking about you ever since I heard about this latest obstacle on your journey to wellness. I know that you have wonderful friends and family surrounding you with love and care and that you will get through this. I will pray daily for your complete and total healing and for God to give you strength that you never thought possible! Love to you!!!
